2. Ground Regulations


These Ground Regulations govern each Match held at the Ground. Entry to the Ground signifies acceptance of these Ground Regulations and the rules and regulations of FIFA, UEFA, The Football Association, and The National League applicable to the relevant competition. The Club's Customer Charter is also incorporated into these Ground Regulations.

"Ground" refers to the football stadium and all areas owned, occupied, or utilized by the Club. "Club" denotes this football club, and "Match" encompasses any association football match or its components occurring at the Ground. "Material" encompasses any audio, visual, or audio-visual content or any information or data. "Football Authorities" include The National League, The Football League, The Premier League, The Football Association, the Football Association of Wales, FIFA, UEFA, and other relevant governing bodies of association football.

Entry to the Ground is expressly subject to the visitor's acceptance of these Ground Regulations and compliance with the rules and regulations mentioned above. The Club reserves the right to refuse entry to or eject from the Ground any person failing to comply with these regulations or any reasonable instruction issued by a police officer or authorized steward. Additionally, entry may be refused to individuals subject to a current Banning Order or convicted of ticket touting offenses.

The Club disclaims liability to the maximum extent permitted by law for loss, injury, or damage to persons or property within or around the Ground. The Club retains the right to reschedule Matches without notice and without liability. In the event of Match postponement or abandonment, refunds (if any) will be made according to the Club's Customer Charter, with no further liability assumed by the Club.

All persons entering the Ground acknowledge the Club's right to conduct searches and refuse entry to or eject from the Ground any individual refusing to submit to such searches. Prohibited articles within the Ground include knives, fireworks, alcohol, and items that could compromise public safety.

Threatening behavior, foul or abusive language, and discriminatory abuse are strictly prohibited and may result in ejection from the Ground and potential bans. Certain acts, such as throwing objects or entering unauthorized areas, are offenses under relevant legislation and may lead to Banning Orders.

Seats in the Ground must be occupied as per ticket allocation, and standing while play is in progress is forbidden in seated areas. Obstruction of gangways, exits, and other areas is strictly prohibited. Climbing structures within the Ground is not permitted.

Smoking is prohibited in designated areas of the Ground where smoking laws apply. Mobile devices may be used for personal use only and may not capture or transmit Material for commercial purposes without permission.

Offenses related to alcohol within the Ground may result in arrest and potential Banning Orders. Unauthorized sale of goods or literature is prohibited, as is the unauthorized transfer or sale of tickets.

CCTV may be in operation, and compliance with instructions from stewards, Club officers, and police officers is mandatory. By entering the Ground, individuals consent to the capture and use of their image for marketing, promotional, or televised coverage purposes.

Refusal of entry or ejection from the Ground may lead to further Club action, including withdrawal of season tickets or Club Membership.
