3. Looking Forward (2020-Present)

With a changing squad and managements, the club navigated transitions in subsequent seasons, striving for consistency and progress in the face of evolving competition.

In the midst of the 2022/23 season, Chalfont St Peter AFC underwent a significant transition as Michael East and Liam Dwyer assumed leadership roles. Their timely intervention steered the club away from relegation in their inaugural season at the helm, showcasing their managerial prowess and commitment to the team's success.

With a renewed focus on building for the future, East and Dwyer set their sights on cultivating a younger squad, infused with talent and potential. Their strategic approach aimed to balance immediate competitiveness with long-term sustainability, laying the groundwork for continued progress and achievement.

However, in March 2024, Liam Dwyer made the decision to step down from his position, signaling another shift in leadership. Despite his departure, Dwyer's contributions and dedication left an indelible mark on the club's journey, and his legacy remains an integral part of its narrative.

As Chalfont St Peter AFC prepares to embark on the new 2024/25 season, Michael East assumes sole leadership, equipped with a vision to propel the team to greater heights. With a blend of experience, youth, and unwavering determination, the club stands poised to embrace the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead under East's guidance. As they enter this new chapter, the spirit of resilience and ambition that defines Chalfont's identity continues to burn bright, driving them toward a future filled with promise and possibility.
